One of the things MBAs learn that is most beneficial in business is analysis of business models. For someone without an MBA, how can I learn this? Are there any resources available on the web?

Check out Board of Innovation. It has a short visual breakdown of business models of a few popular companies. And apart from Business Model Generation that Nick mentioned, take a look at this slideshare.
