I am thinking of working for a company that can pay its Growth Marketers bonuses that are tied to revenue generation. For example, if we close a $100,000 contract, how much should the Growth Marketer get paid (assuming you pay the sales rep 8-10%).
Does anyone know of any common, structures companies use for this?
