Can a pitch deck be used for things other than raising money?

We have spent a lot of time creating variations of pitch decks for our business and closed a small angel round. Could we continue to use the decks for other purposes now that funding is over?

What are other things that a pitch deck could be used for?

Congratulations on getting funded! Your pitch deck is a great summary of your business' strategy, vision and goals. So how about these uses (just remove the slides with financials):

1. Share it with your new hires - you can send them one ahead of the in-person interview.

2. Use the slides when discussing/exploring partnership opportunities with other businesses.

3. Use the slides about marketshare and/or unique proposition when talking to clients.

4. If you are not afraid of competition, share a sanitized version (remove sensitive info) with a startup community. Entrepreneurs love looking at decks that worked and I see those pop on Twitter occasionally, typically with "Here is a deck we used to close our angel round" or similar.
