Recommendations for Invoicing App

For the past couple of years I've been using Pancake for invoicing but now I'm reevaluating invoicing apps.

So far I've looked at:

Any others I should be looking at?

Ideally, I'd like to integrate with Stripe (or Dwolla). Pancake was great because I could add surcharges to different payment methods.

I use Freshbooks and haven't found a better alternative yet.

@Lindsey, Freshbooks supports many payment processors, while Wave only supported Stripe at the time (maybe they support more now). – Nishank Khanna 10 years ago

Another one to look at is Xero.

The two most popular ones are still Freshbooks and Wave. Here's a comparison on GetApp.
