Ability to filter out or hide completed and rejected ideas from the roadmap.

1

I like how the roadmap is coming along, and I look forward to seeing this site grow. But as it does so, we're going to have plenty of items on the roadmap that are either completed or that end up getting rejected.

While I don't think it's a bad idea to be able to see these (perhaps for historical reasons or just to satisfy curiosity) I think the normal use case will be people wanting to see, discuss, and vote on items that are under consideration or in the pipeline. If there are a lot of rejected or completed items in the mix, it will be hard to find the ones that it makes sense to vote on.

There should be a way to filter out these completed or rejected ideas, and we should consider if filtering them out should be the default.

  • +1 Maybe even just a checkbox at the top right with the label "Show completed items (123)". – Chrissie Gray 11 years ago
  • Great idea! How about we add another pill at the top so they become: Active, New, Top, Completed. And the items that are done would ONLY show up in the "Completed" section. – Nishank Khanna 11 years ago

  • I love how quickly you guys are able to iterate! I suppose that will probably slow down in the future, but it's definitely a breath of fresh air for the time being. Well done! – rbwhitaker 11 years ago
