Yeah, that was done on purpose initially to keep the homepage blazing fast. The top experts in the sidebar gets cached, but then re-updates every hour. I'll have the time-limit part of the caching removed now as we've transitioned to a much larger server.

The hourly caching has been replaced with fragment caching (it will update in realtime now).
