Email notifications when answers are submitted

When a user posts a question, an email notification should be sent to them when an answer is submitted. This would most certainly increase engagement. I asked a question and didn't realize answers were submitted until days later when I happened to check again.

StackOverflow deliberately doesn't send immediate notifications to incentivize users to hang around and answer questions while they wait on their own question. Optimally, this is a good engagement tactic, but I don't think the BrightJourney community is large enough yet for this to work. I've noticed the average to my questions takes at least a few hours to a day.
