Users should get 10 points for upvoted answer and 5 for upvoted question

This was first suggested by rbwhitaker.

The idea being that a good answer is worth quite a bit more than a good question.

It has been implemented and live. Here is the current karma system (updated 3/3/14):

• Question upvote: 5 points
• Answer upvote: 10 points
• Comment upvote: 2 points
